Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 30 days of receipt in its original condition.

We cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items.

All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags.

Products that were ordered as a set must be returned with all the set components.

Please return the item(s) via a traceable or insured method.

We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide return shipping labels at this time.

We recommend taking your package to your local UPS, FedEx, or USPS location.

We recommend that you keep a copy of your tracking information, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive.

Exchanges

While we are unable to process exchanges for different styles, you may return your unwanted item and place a new order for the preferred style.

Refunds

We process all returns on the same or next business day after receipt of merchandise.

After we receive and process your return, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for your financial institution to credit your account.

Original shipping/processing charges are non-refundable.
